Full description

Small cottage probably dating to about 1700.
Two heated rooms, one with kitchen fireplace.
Central partition rebuilt.
Roof probably a replacement.
See report (S1) for further details.
E. Rose (NLA), 25 March 2003.

A planning application to demolish this building and replace it with a new dwelling was submitted in 2003. It is clear from Google Earth imagery that this did indeed occur at some time prior to 2006. It appears that no further record was made of the cottage prior to its demolition.
See all unpublished document (S2) for further details.
P. Watkins (HES), 18 April 2017.
