Full description

18 July 1996. NLA air photography.
Three anomalies visible.
The northernmost features appears as a hengiform ring ditch with a possible causeway/entrance to the south west. However, underlying geology is confusing and identification is not certain.
To the south is a relatively large, almost circular enclosure with a smaller ring ditch within its confines, both potentially prehistoric in date.
M. Brennand (NLA), 6 December 2001.

November 2008. NBIC Northeast Norwich Scoring Project.
This possible ring ditch is in close proximity to several other possible ring ditches and Prehistoric mounments (see NHER 12786, NHER 31742, NHER 36471) as well as a possible Neolithic causewayed enclosure (NHER 7690).
There is an area of more closely grouped ring ditches located southeast of RAF Coltishall. This group includes NHER 5788, NHER 5789, NHER 36338, NHER 36339, NHER 36346, NHER 36473, NHER 36725, NHER 36726, NHER 36727, NHER 36728, and outlying NHER 11672.
H. Hamilton (NLA), 20 November 2008.
