1 Bronze Age copper alloy socketed axehead. See drawing (S1). 10.2cms long, 5.3 cms wide.

Information from (S2). This discovery was reported in (S3) and is also recorded by (S4).
According to (S5) another looped and socketed axehead had been found nearby by  at some time during the early 1950s (at ). This record was made in 1972 and it is therefore possible that this was actually a reference to the axehead that had been reported in 1962.
