Formerly listed as in Lower Road.
(S1) notes as former farm house, two dwellings at time of listing. 17th century and later. Rendered timber frame, thatched. Lobby entrance plan. Single storey and attic. Gabled outshut in rendered brick opposite stack to rear. Stack is offcentre with four interconnecting angled shafts. Modern gable stack and other outshuts. Ground floor has mullioned and transomed windows with metal casements; three dormers.
Note that listing descriptions sometimes use 'mullioned and transomed' to refer to late glazing bars - not necessarily original windows.
House now believed to be in one ownership again. Report of 'original' fireplace of brick plastered to resemble stone uncovered.
