Metal-detecting between 1996 and 2018 recovered Roman and medieval pottery sherds; medieval and post-medieval coins; aswell as Bronze Age, Roman, and medieval to post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include a Late Bronze Age socketed axehead; medieval to post-medieval dress accessories; medieval brooches and harness fitting; medieval/post-medieval copper alloy vessel fragments, thimbles, and a purse fragment; and post-medieval buttons, furniture fittings, a spoon fragment, spur fragment and tap.

Copper alloy medieval bar mount, central sub-circular lobe with cross-hatched decoration. Short tapering arms with pierced circular terminal lobes, 2 rivets with square roves holding a back plate in position. Latter does not have hole at each end for rivet but bifurcates in a pincer-like shape.

First half 1999. Metal detecting. [4].
Two fragments of late medieval/early post medieval double-looped buckle or buckles (oval loops). One with bar projecting slightly beyond frame and simple flat-sectioned pin. The other part of one loop only.
Buckle pin, probably medieval, hint of slight transverse groove rest to loop.
Medieval bar mount with ridged hollow-backed central lobe and one surviving rounded perforated terminal with in situ rivet.
