June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century, brick, painted. Two storey. Sashes with glazing bars, three windows at first floor, band below-low parapet. Arched windows, with radial bars, in arched recesses. Half-circular Ionic porch, six-panel door, plinth."

Good quality Regency building.
Brick (painted) 3 bays, 2 storeys.
Central bay projects slightly, with half round porch on Ionic columns over door.
Ground floor windows to each side in blank arches, heads of windows arched to echo the recesses.
Low parapet.
Now has large modern extensions.

The early 19th-century brick wing walls that flank the front of this building are listed separately Grade II.
