Metal detecting at this site has recovered a range of metal objects dating from the Iron Age to the post medieval period. These include a silver Iron Age coin, a Roman to Early Saxon strap fitting, a medieval casket mount and a post medieval elaborate shield-shaped mount.

Medieval? Copper alloy hinge plate with trefoil terminal and two rivet holes in centre. Inner edges folded in.
Early post medieval double looped buckle.
