Summary

An undated ring ditch visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs may be the remains of a Bronze Age barrow. Flint artefacts found on this site are recorded under NHER 33861.

3 July 1976. Cambridge University Committee for Aerial Photography. At approximate grid reference.
'Cropmarks' noted on (S1).

1997. Geophysical Survey.
Survey revealed evidence of a possible outer bank and an adjacent curvilinear feature.
Flint flakes and potboilers recovered.

20 September 1998. Area of ring ditch field walked. Cross reference with NHER 33861.
Flint finds probably are later prehistoric and unrelated to the field monument.
