A late medieval timber framed hall house, which was altered and partly rebuilt in brick in the early 17th century, when an upper floor was also inserted. A fragment of Late Saxon pottery has been found in the garden.

Apparently a late medieval hall house with inserted upper floors and stacks about 1600.
Later part rebuilt in brick and extended.
