Previously recorded under NHER 5484.

1993. Listed Grade II, included for group value.
Ruins of domestic range formerly attached to St James' Chapel (NHER 5484). Late 15th century. Brick and stone. No roof. Remains of two-storey north wall now incorporated into later brick walling. Stone quoins to west, altered fireplace to ground floor.
