The Norwich Castle Museum holds a Mesolithic flint burin (an engraving tool) that was found at an unknown location in East Beckham some time prior to 1935.

According to (S1) the Norwich Castle Museum's Barclay Collection includes a Mesolithic flint burin from East Beckham (NWHCM : 1935.57).
This collection includes various Palaeolithic, Mesolithic and Neolithic flint implements from several Norfolk parishes that were collected by F. H. Barclay and others during the early 20th century. These finds are not individually accessioned.
