Full description

Primitive Methodist Chapel dated 1860. The chapel has a cottage attached and a three bay front. However, there are traces of a doorway which has been blocked which is to the right of the entrance. This might then suggest that there was a re-siting of the doorway and of the date tablet. This may relate to the conversion of the earlier preaching house which opened in 1846.
M. Langham-Lopez (HES), 22 October 2012.
