Summary

In 1961 a prehistoric flint burin and a scraper were found on the surface of this field. Both were recorded as Mesolithic, although it appears that the scraper at least may be of a less certain date

Full description

1961. Stray Find.
Found on surface in field immediately next to sea, close to road leading from main road:
1 Mesolithic burin and 1 scraper. Donated to Norwich Castle Museum (NWHCM : 1961.92). Information from (S1).
These discoveries were reported in (S2). These objects are both listed in (S3), although it is noted that the scraper is of uncertain date.
