Full description

Before 1962. Stray Find.
Found at unrecorded location, probably in Blakeney:
1 Mesolithic core and 2 flakes. Donated to Norwich Castle Museum (NWHCM : 1962.253). Information from (S1).
These flints are not listed in (S2), although they are noted in R. Jacobi's archive (S3), suggesting that they are indeed Mesolithic. Jacobi listed the assemblage as comprising 1 blade core and 2 blades and noted that the flint used was similar to that of the Mesolithic finds from nearby Kelling.
Amended by P. Watkins (HES), 6 July 2014.
