Summary

A double ring ditch was noted in 1952, in the centre of which a piece of Bronze Age pottery was found. The ring ditch was also visible on 1977 and 1989 aerial photographs, but it could not be seen from the ground in 1976.

1952. Double ring ditch (remains of barrow) seen north of Hill Plantation by [1].
One sherd of Bronze Age pottery found in centre.

1977 and 1989. Also on Unit aerial photographs.

No sign in ploughed field.
