May 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description:
Cottage. 18th century. Walls flint, red brick dressings. Roof red pantiles. One storey, attic, five bays. Three and one-light window 2Oth century under segmental arches, brick surround. One doorway filled in, six panelled door, part raised and fielded, top lights glazed. Three dormers, 2Oth century window casements, parapet gables, coped in brick and tiles respectively. One end stack, one off-centre stack. Gables rendered.
