March 1982. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Roseabella, The Hill. Trunch.
House. Late 18th century. Brick with pantiled roof. Two storeys in three bays. Central panelled door in timber case, panelled on intrados. Sloping hood over. 20th century casements to ground floor under segmental arches. Two sashes to first floor with glazing bars. Dentil eaves cornice."
