September 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House of about 1830. Brick with slate roof. Two storeys in three bays. Panelled central door behind doorcase with Roman Doric demi-columns supporting entablature. All sashes late 20th century under gauged skewback arches. Plain timber eaves cornice, hipped roof and gault brick stacks in lateral roof slope."
