May 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Late 18th century. Clay lump interior refaced with brick. Roof of black glazed pantiles. Two storeys in three bays. Late 18th century moulded timber doorcase and panelled door. Two sashes each floor with glazing bars under gauged skewback arches. Bell-based gabled roof with gable stacks, that to north partly external."
