The central porch has a hipped roof and segmental headed openings. A catslide lean-to has been added on the north side with sash windows (without glazing bars) and 20th century casements.

Full description

This farmhouse dates to the early 18th century and later. It is made from red brick with a black glazed pantile roof with gable ends. The building has two storeys and attics. The range of eight first floor windows is irregularly spaced and features six light casements with segmental heads. Some ground floor openings have been blocked and altered. The central porch has a hipped roof and segmental headed openings. A small four-light window lies above the porch. A projecting bay, on the right hand side, with hipped slate roof. The farmhouse has two brick pilasters with moulded capitals, to the right hand side of porch. The ridge chimneystacks, are centrally-placed and at the gable ends. There are also three gabled dormers with two-light casements. The windows in the west gable date to the 20th century. A lower gabled outshut is situated at the northeast, possibly a staircase bay, with a leaded light. A catslide lean-to has been added on the north side with sash windows (without glazing bars) and 20th century casements.
