June 1981. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"17th-century timber-framed house, faced in brick in late 19th century. Steep black glazed pantile roof with gabled ends. Two storeys. Four widely spaced windows. Sashes without glazing bars. Gabled porch on left."
