This farmhouse dates to the late 18th century. It is built from brick with a roof of black glazed pantiles. The central door is set into a 19th century gabled brick porch, and all the windows are of late 20th century date. The bell-based gabled roof has 20th century internal gable end chimneystacks, but an 18th century ridge chimneystack also exists and is set slightly to the right.

Farmhouse. Late 18th century. Brick with roof of black glazed pantiles. East façade of two storeys in six irregular bays. Central door set into 19th century gabled brick porch with rusticated door surround and hood mould. Side windows. Fenestration is late 20th century. Four imitation sash windows to ground floor under gauged skewback arches and four to first floor, without gauged skewback arches. Two further small 20th century windows to first floor. Bell-based gabled roof. 20th century internal gable end chimneystacks. 18th century ridge chimneystack set slightly to right.
