Full description

September 2005. Norfolk NMP.
A possible World War Two rectangular concrete structure is visible on aerial photographs, to the south of the dunes at Sea Palling (S1). The structure is centred on TG 4343 2695 and measures 5m by 3.5m. This is visible in 1940 and appears to be gone by 1946 (S2). This may be a gun emplacement or possibly an outlier structure associated with the searchlight battery to the east, NHER 34548.
