Full description

2000. NAU survey.
Decoy pond, built about 1730.
A map of about 1730 of Holkham Marshes, (S1), also shows the decoy, pencilled in as a 4 pipe rectangular decoy.
(S2) refers to work on the decoy in the 1740s.
The decoy is flooded for the reserve but is being restored (2001).
