A two storey house of about 1830 with a pale brick façade and a slate roof. It has a two storey crenellated porch and a rear wing added in the 1930s. Attached to the house is a mid 18th century two storey brick cottage (NHER 44298).

Full description

House of about 1830. Brick, with gault façade. Slate roofs. Two storeys, six bays, right hand bay being a contemporary addition. Two storey crenellated porch with fluted pilasters rising to shell hood on brackets containing seven vaned fanlight; doorway said to be later addition. Sash windows. Modillion eaves, hipped roof.
Three rear wall stacks. Rear wing of 1930s. Open spring staircase with twisted balusters and wreathed handrail.
Attached is an 18th century brick cottage NHER 44298 with glazed pantile roof, lobby entrance plan.
Both are listed grade II (S1) and (S2) from which description is taken.
