Full description

1964. Casual find from context [1].
A late medieval rim sherd was recovered from the surface of a ploughed field.

1964. Casual find from context [2].
A large potboiler site was exposed in the sides of newly cut ditches. Deposit exposed in section c.18 inches thick. Extended in ditches approximately 8.2m (9 yards) by 5.5m (6 yards). Much black material and ?baked clay incorporated. Burnt flint scraper found.

1969. Casual find.
A 14th century bronze key was found in this area.
