Summary

Aerial photography from 1992 recorded the cropmark of a possible ring ditch on this site. Metal detecting between 1996 and 1998 recovered objects from the prehistoric to post medieval period, including a papal bull, possible Roman metal working debris, Saxon coins and an Early Saxon harness mount.
