Summary
Prehistoric flints and Iron Age, medieval and post-medieval pottery sherds were found during fieldwalking in 1993. Metal-detecting in 2011 and 2015 recovered a post-medieval token as well as undated and medieval to post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include undated casting waste; a medieval buckle, harness fitting and a swivel for a leash; a medieval/post-medieval vessel fragment and hooked tag and post-medieval crotal bells and harness mounts.
