Full description

1990. Stray Find.
Found in vegetable patch:
Retouched flint blade, deeply patinated, in fine quality brown flint. Ferruginous deposit adhering.
Mesolithic or earlier but reflaked on all edges, possibly in Neolithic period.
Identified by J. Wymer (NLA) 3 December 1990.

This site was previously recorded as being in East Walton. Finder has supplied true find spot of Mesolithic to Neolithic blade. There is no explanation of how mistake was made in KLM, as accurate information was furnished by finder at the time.
