Full description

Mid 1980s. Fieldwork on line of new road. Carried out by unknown persons under direction of A. Gregory (NAU). Material discovered 1990 in Union House and identified by P. Robins NAU. Worked flint. Iron Age, Roman, and medieval sherds. See list in file. Grid references on list do not all correspond with line of road and are therefore innaccurate or vague.
