Full description

Found before October 1986. Back garden in High Street, home of finder (NB spot marked by teacher who did not know number so may not be exact, but on correct side of road and about the right place).
Neolithic polished flint axe, golden brown flint, polished all over. Length 13cm, width at blade 6.5cm, at butt 4cm, about 2cm maximum thick.
Identified by E. M. James (KLM), 9 October 1986.
