August 1982. Site not revealed by finder; may do so later.
Bronze sestertius of Marcus Aurelius. Reverse shows female figure seated left. Left arm raised, right arm extended. Wearing helmet. Round shield? to rear, rather worn.
No parallel in Seaby but inscription is Seaby C.
Identified by and compiled by E. James (KLM), 13 August 1982 (to NAU January 1983).
