Before 1976 a Bronze Age kite-shaped spearhead with rib decoration on the blade face was found in the parish of Swaffham. The exact date and location of this discovery are unclear.

No drawing could be found in copies of NCM files. However, there are drawings of rapiers from Swaffham for this owner and a spearhead from Swaffham in NCM (4143) is not included.
Has informant confused the two in his notes?
