Full description

Red brick.
2 storeys, 3 bays including central porch tower with unusual form of shaped gable above an octofoil.
Wooden cross windows.
Late 17th century, presumably including the porch gable though this is odd.
19th century extension to north.
Visied by E. Rose (NAU), 10 November 1980.

1983.
(S1) adds; gable end remains of contemporary, wider side extension but remainder of rear wing rebuilt in 1881.
Dates main building to 18th rather than late 17th and says octofoil is a cinquefoil.
E. Rose (NAU), 18 March 1985.

2002.
West gable of house seen from distance when inspecting adjacent barn.
Central tapering stack has two roof slopes of differing date and pitch built up against it, one on each side, both of late date; suggesting original house was single storey with tall stack.
E. Rose (NLA), 28 January 2002.

March 2011. Planning Application.
Application to demolish the 19th Century lean-to storage building and alterations and extentions to farm house.
