Summary

In around 1980 a selection of metal objects were recovered from 'Hill Farm' in Sporle. These comprised part of a Roman brooch, a Roman lead plumb bob and a medieval copper alloy buckle.

Pre October 1980. 'Hill Farm, Sporle' (not on Ordnance Survey) - exact site unrecorded.
Incomplete bronze fibula of bow type.
Lead plumb bob?, conical.
Medieval? bronze buckle, 2.7cm long.
Held by KLM.
