Summary

Aerial photographs taken in 1977 showed the cropmarks of a ring ditch and an enclosure with an associated linear feature. No dates were assigned to these features but it was suggested that the ring ditch may have been of Bronze Age date.

28 July 1977. NAU aerial photography, Ordnance Survey aerial photograph.
Cropmarks of possible ring ditch (6672 0883) approximately 25m diameter.
Possible enclosure and associated linear cropmark (6697 0996).
Complex of linear cropmarks (6680 0890). See overlays (6in and 1:25000) County Series map 57/8.
