Full description

1977. Found on ploughed peaty surface while hoeing beet.
Field was permanent pasture until 1975.
Socketed iron spearhead, 39.5cm long, blade 2.5cm wide, socket 1.9cm maximum width; split socket, offset grooves on blades.
