Blackfriars’ Hall, Norwich, 20th June 2015
Norfolk Historic Environment Service is pleased to announce that, to mark the 20th anniversary of being adopted by Norfolk County Council, we will be holding a conference on ‘Recent Archaeological Discoveries in Norfolk’.
The conference will feature talks from anyone involved in archaeological research in the county, followed by a drinks reception. We hope to attract a mixture of heritage professionals, community groups and academics.
We welcome submissions on any topic, as long as the work is interesting, took place in the last three years, and happened in Norfolk. There will also be a limited amount of space for poster submissions.
Abstracts will be received by the conference organising committee from Monday 16th February 2015 and submission will close at 17.00 on Monday 27th April 2015. Completed abstracts should be no more than 300 words, should state the length of the paper (between 15 and 40 minutes), and should be emailed as a word file to firstname.lastname@example.org.
