Summary
This is the site of a tower windmill. It was built in the 1830s of clay lump and with a brick face. It converted from wind to oil power after 1904, but was disused by 1929. It collapsed in August 1958 and nothing survives above ground.

Windmill (Ordnance Survey). All traces of this have gone.

Tower mill of clay lump faced with brick, built in 1830s, collapsed August 1958. Had ceased working by wind in 1904 and by oil in 1929.
