May 1987. Listed, Grade II.
Windpump known as Swim Coots of Ling's Mill. Mid 19th century tower windpump. Brick two storeys with pronounced batter. Door to south, first floor window to east and west. Internal scoopwheel with no paddles. Water runs through mill.
