October 1987. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Garden house. 17th century and later. Red brick, roof obscured by parapet. Two storeys, square on plan. Brickwork arranged in irregular panels with dividing pilasters and platbands. Doorway in south wall; semicircular arched opening in square-headed recess flanked by similarly detailed windows with glazing bars."
