July - August 2002. Metal detecting. Field southeast of Rippon Hall.
One Roman coin, only reported find.

18th January 2007. Metal detecting.
Prehistoric flake, fragment of Iron Age gold torc, Romano-British, medieval and post medieval objects, Romano-British, medieval & post medieval sherds and 2 medieval and 2 post medieval coins.
The Iron Age torc fragment was submitted as potential Treasure (Treasure case 2007 T119) and subsequently acquired by Norwich Castle Museum (NWHCM : 2008.205), ts purchase being aided by a contribution from the Art Fund through their 'Enriching Regions' scheme - see (S1).
