Full description

February 1987. Listed, Grade II.
Pair of semi-detached houses, 1912.
Brick and corrugated tile; central chimney; one bay double depth and rear outshut to both houses.
Built by Parish Council for £150 and subsequent quarrel with rural District Council over funding led to national legislation on District funding of housing.
Listed as a rare example of Parish Council housing, and pre 1914 local authority housing.
