1998. Metal-detecting.
Four Roman coins, ten medieval coins, a post-medieval coin weight, Roman and Iron Age brooches, an Early Saxon bucket fitting, and a variety of medieval and post-medieval metal finds were recovered by a detectorist. Most finds are from the east end of the field.
