Two pill boxes adjacent:
(a) Quite rare type 26 pill box situated in hedge 50m from road. Loops protected by 15mm steel shutters. Date 1940.
(b) Quite rare type 26 pill box, date 1940. Details as for above.

Grid references given on record form as TL 7362 4480 and 7364 9479 but this is clearly wrong location. Estimated from sketch.
