Summary
The remains of a medieval moat survive here but the house on site is post medieval in date. Most of the house dates to the 18th century, although one gable wall is 17th century. Ponds to the east and west of the house and a shallow earthwork to the south are all that survives of the medieval moat. A Roman coin has been found here.
