October 1994. Metal-detecting. [1].
Hanging bowl escutcheon, (S1).
Beautiful disc with slightly concave back, traces of silvering, decorated with 3 spirals around centre.
Red enamel.
Small chord missing from edge may mark break-off of hook attachment.
