Full description
1973 or 1974. Found when working in sugar beet field, exact location unknown.
Late Bronze Age socketed axe; square mouth with 4 ribs on either side.
Side loop for attachment to haft.
Cast in two halves in a stone mould.
900 to 600 BC.

Identified by L. Brewster (KLM).
Could this be the same as site NHER 12928 if the date on one entry is incorrect?
