Full description

1930. Casual Find.
A Neolithic flint pick was found on the banks of the Wensum on Penny Spot Farm while digging a hole for a post.
The pick was altered from an adze and measures 33cm long and 5cm wide, with polish on the tip and a flake scar on one side.

Informant states that local people say the pick was found in the small wood at a grid reference known as The Bog.
