Summary

A Beaker barbed-and-tanged flint arrowhead was found in 1992. Fieldwalking in 2007 recovered more prehistoric flints and a possible post-medieval gunflint. Fieldwalking in 2008 and 2010 recovered Early Neolithic worked flint including a core, flakes, a scraper and bladelet.

October 1992. Surface find while metal-detecting.
Barbed-and-tanged arrowhead in grey flint. Point, one barb missing.

Late Mesolithic single-platform blade core
Late prehistoric flake core fragment
Four scrapers (three end scrapers and one on snapped primary flake), all probably Bronze Age
Fourteen flakes likely to be of mixed date
Possible gunflint.
